Tee’s African Cuisine values customer satisfaction and aims to provide high-quality food and catering services at all times.

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and booking changes are handled.

1. Food Orders

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive:

  • Incorrect items

  • Missing items

  • Damaged food upon delivery

Please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order details

  • Photographs where applicable

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement order

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  • Store credit

2. Catering & Event Bookings

Deposits

Deposits paid for catering or event bookings may be:

  • Non-refundable

  • Partially refundable

  • Transferable to another date

depending on the circumstances and notice provided.

3. Customer Cancellations

More Than 14 Days Before Event

Customers cancelling more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for:

  • A partial refund

  • Credit toward a future booking

Less Than 14 Days Before Event

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation, staffing, and food purchasing costs already incurred.

4. Business Cancellations

If Tee’s African Cuisine is unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may receive:

  • A full refund

  • Rescheduled booking option

  • Alternative service arrangement where possible

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after food preparation has started

  • Failure to attend collection or delivery

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our control

  • Minor variations in food presentation or taste

6. Allergy & Dietary Responsibility

Customers are responsible for informing us of allergies and dietary requirements before placing an order.

We cannot issue refunds for allergic reactions where dietary information was not provided in advance.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will usually be processed within 5–10 working days using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on payment providers or banks.
